9:08 am (pdt): wondering if area military flights are correlating to ice activity. (the current political climate has blurred military & ice, etc.) 9:08 am (pdt) a lockheed martin kc-130j hercules (u.s. marine corps) was tracked lifting off from salinas & headed on a winding route towards san francisco before tracking lost. these are huge aircraft with capability to transport cargo or personnel! few months ago there had been ospreys (large rotar- equipped planes) in the area flying in groups of up 3-4 sometimes 1 alone. not wanting to spread fear, the activity is just odd & suspicious to me. could be nothing/new training in area.
